By entering into a collaboration with an agent of Island Bridal Inc dba Island Travel Group, you are accepting the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Travel Agents are primarily paid by suppliers for arranging travel for guests. There are instances that a planning fee will be charged to cover the time and expertise spent preparing your vacation plan.
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is confirmed once your payment is applied to your reservation and written confirmation is received. All prices and properties are subject to change without notice until the deposit is received and applied to your reservation. If there are any changes in the itinerary as to availability or pricing, such changes are subject to client approval. Late payments are subject to a late penalty or automatic cancellation without notice.
It is your responsibility to review travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that you may contact Island Bridal Inc dba Island Travel Group if you have any questions.

If traveling internationally, you must have a valid passport and depending upon your destination and the origin of your passport, you may need to obtain a visa. Passport and visa information may be obtained by contacting the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or by visiting the State Department’s Web site at www.state.gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should be sure to contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entrance requirements. To obtain medical information, you may contact the Centers for Disease Control at (404) 332-4559 or visit the CDC’s Web site at www.cdc.gov.

Discounted fares typically involve restrictions and changing any aspect of your travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.

CANCELLATIONS
Notification of cancellation must be forwarded in writing via email, mail or fax to Island Bridal dba Island Travel Group and may incur the following per-person penalties:
Time of booking – 59 days before departure: Loss of deposit
60 – 31 days prior to departure: Loss of 50% of the package price
Within 30 days of departure: Forfeiture of the entire package price.
Island Bridal Inc dba Island Travel Group retains a 10% non-refundable planning fee for all canceled bookings. This amount will be calculated based on the total vacation price and charged to your original form of payment or updated form of payment provided.
Unused or partially used tour features and components are non-refundable.
When one member of a party cancels, it may affect the total package price for remaining members.
Air tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated. Island Bridal Inc dba Island Travel Group cannot accept responsibility for delays, cancellations, or missed connections relative to air travel and the effect it may have on the remainder of your vacation package/plans.
CHANGES
An administrative fee may be charged for any changes requested by the client or travel agent after the deposit has been received and confirmation issued.
ADVISEMENT BY TRAVEL ADVISORS
Island Bridal Inc dba Island Travel Group warrant that each client has been provided with and advised to carefully review a copy of these Terms and Conditions and that the customer fully understands that he/she is subject to all said requirements and policies.
RESPONSIBILITY
Island Bridal Inc dba Island Travel Group agents and independent contractors make arrangements with third-party vendors for all travel, tours, weddings and optional package services. Neither Island Bridal Inc dba island Travel Group agents and/or independent contractors are agents of other parties providing travel-related services. All travel documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the vendors listed in your itinerary. Island Bridal Inc dba Island Travel Group, nor any of its agents or employees, shall be held liable for; and by accepting these documents customer waives any claim against all such parties for; (a) any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act or omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by; any other transportation company; vendor or supplier; (b) any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter; (c) any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or change in fares or rates; and (d) any cancellation or double booking of reservations or tickets beyond the control of Island Bridal.
Island Bridal Inc dba Island Travel Group does not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes, quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, weather, acts of God or other causes. Such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers. Island Bridal Inc dba Island Travel Group has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, Island Bridal Inc dba Island Travel Group recommends contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or www.travel.state.gov. for medical information, Island Bridal Inc dba Island Travel Group recommends contacting the Centers for Disease Control at (877) FYI-TRIP or www.cdc.gov/travel. You assume the full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s), You hereby release Island Bridal Inc dba Island Travel Group from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph and to submit all other claims against us within 30 days after the return of your trip. You agree that the courts in Champaign County will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or Island Bridal Inc dba Island Travel Group, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.​
Island Bridal Inc dba Island Travel Group strongly suggests that all clients protect themselves by purchasing Trip Cancellation or Trip Interruption insurance. You may purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy and the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency.
